OUR GOOD NEWS PRAYER
FOR YOU
Lord God, Creator, Sustainer
and Comforter: Grant that we may feel the comfort of your Spirit in all seasons
of our life. Give us the grace to find hope in time of despair and joy in times
of darkness. May the touch of your healing presence surround us now with
your Good News as we bring before
you our needs, fears, hopes, dreams, and failures. Transform our ever
present fears into faith, even now as you surround us with your love and
protection in the face of all circumstances. Thank you God for hearing and
healing the anxiety that so often surrounds the inmost places of our struggles.
Thank you for hearing and answering our every prayer request. Thank you
that the Living Christ is ever present with us, and all our loved ones,
to comfort, hold, lead, guide, heal, and protect. Thank you for delivering us
from danger and granting the path to eternal life. Shatter our cocoons and Free
our Spirits to soar on healing wings as we prepare to embrace new life and fresh
beginnings. In the name of Jesus the Christ we pray all these things.
